1. Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability and arrange the exchange.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
